Meals:  Breakfast Buffet is included in the room rate.

Cancellation:

• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price will be charged.
• In case of non refundable option if cancelled, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment:  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Check in:  From 14:00 hours
Check out:  Until 12:00 hours

Children and extra beds:

• All children are welcome.
• Free! One child up to 1 year can stay free of charge in a child’s cot/crib (under request).
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
• Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
• Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets: Small pets (up to 5 kg) are allowed.

Garden Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.
